Cancellation Policy

1. Training Courses – Cancellations and Refunds Cancellation Within 48 Hours of Booking Course bookings cancelled within 48 hours of booking may be eligible for a partial refund, less applicable administrative fees. Cancellation Within 48 Hours of Course Start Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled course start time are non-refundable. However, bookings may be transferred to another eligible person at no additional charge. The replacement participant must meet all course requirements, and AL-Rashid Security Skills must be notified in advance. 2. Rescheduling (Training Courses) Requests to reschedule within 48 hours of the course start time will incur a £50 rescheduling fee, subject to availability. 3. No Refunds No refunds will be provided for: Missed sessions, regardless of reason Late arrival resulting in refusal of entry Removal or exclusion due to disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour Participants are responsible for attending all sessions in full and complying with course rules. 4. Transfer of Course Bookings Course bookings may be transferred to another eligible individual within the permitted cancellation period. All required registration details must be completed before attendance. 5. Security Guarding Services Security guarding services are provided under agreed service contracts. No refunds will be issued for services already delivered once they have commenced. Cancellations, amendments, notice periods, and any applicable charges for security guarding services will be governed by the terms set out in the relevant service agreement. 6. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and returned via the original payment method. By booking a course, appointment, or security service with AL-Rashid Security Skills, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
