AL-Rashid Security Skills provides professional security training courses and security guarding services. We make every reasonable effort to ensure that all information published on our website and provided in relation to our courses and services is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that the content is free from errors or omissions.
By booking, enrolling in, or using any training course or security guarding service provided by AL-Rashid Security Skills, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
AL-Rashid Security Skills reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any course, service, schedule, or content at any time and without prior notice. We shall not be held liable for any inconvenience, loss, or damages arising from such changes.
Participation in training courses and the use of security guarding services are undertaken at your own risk. AL-Rashid Security Skills will not be responsible for any personal injury, loss, property damage, or incident that may occur during training sessions or while security services are being delivered, except where required by law.
AL-Rashid Security Skills shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of income, business, or opportunities, arising from participation in or failure to participate in any course or service.
Refund Policy
1. Training Courses – Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation Within 48 Hours of Booking
You may cancel your course booking within 48 hours of the original booking time to receive a partial refund, less any applicable administrative fees. These fees will be confirmed at the time of cancellation.
Cancellation Within 48 Hours of Course Start Date
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled course start time are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your booking to another eligible person at no additional charge. You must notify AL-Rashid Security Skills in advance and provide full details of the replacement participant, who must meet all course eligibility requirements.
2. Rescheduling Policy (Training Courses)
Requests to reschedule a course within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a £50 rescheduling fee, subject to course availability. This fee covers administrative and scheduling costs.
3. No Refunds for Missed Sessions or Exclusion
Missed Sessions
No refunds will be issued for missed sessions for any reason. Participants are responsible for attending all sessions in full.
Late Arrivals
Late arrival may result in refusal of entry or removal from the session. No refund or rescheduling will be provided.
Exclusion for Unacceptable Behaviour
AL-Rashid Security Skills reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
4. Transfer of Course Booking
Course bookings may be transferred to another eligible individual within the applicable cancellation period. The new participant must meet all eligibility requirements and complete any required registration documentation.
5. Security Guarding Services – Refunds and Cancellations
Security guarding services are provided under agreed service contracts. Once services have commenced, no refunds will be issued for services already delivered.
Cancellations or amendments to security guarding services must be made in accordance with the terms specified in the service agreement. Any notice periods, minimum charges, or cancellation fees outlined in the contract will apply.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
By booking a course, appointment, or security service with AL-Rashid Security Skills, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
