However, we do not warrant or guarantee that such information is free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Use of this website, our training courses, and our security guarding services is at your own risk.

By booking, attending, or engaging any course or security service provided by AL-Rashid Security Skills, you agree to comply with our Terms and Conditions and all related policies. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any courses, services, schedules, or content at our discretion and without prior notice. AL-Rashid Security Skills shall not be liable for any inconvenience, loss, or damages arising from such changes. All services are subject to availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AL-Rashid Security Skills will not be held responsible for any personal injury, illness, loss, damage to property, or other incidents that may occur during or as a result of attending our training courses, events, or while security guarding services are being delivered. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are medically, physically, and legally fit to participate in training or to engage with our services.

Nothing in this disclaimer limits or excludes liability where it cannot be lawfully excluded.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all training courses, security guarding services, and use of the AL-Rashid Security Skills website. By booking a course, engaging our security services, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Course Booking and Enrolment

When booking a training course with AL-Rashid Security Skills, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful. This includes personal details, contact information, eligibility requirements, payment details, and any declared support or accessibility needs.

AL-Rashid Security Skills is not responsible for any issues, delays, or losses arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided during the booking process.

2. Attendance, Conduct, and Behaviour (Training Courses)

Full Attendance
Full attendance is mandatory for all courses. Failure to attend the full course may result in exclusion and may affect certification or assessment outcomes. No refund will be issued for incomplete attendance.

Late Arrival
Late arrival may result in refusal of entry or removal from the course to avoid disruption. No refund or rescheduling will be offered in such cases.

Unacceptable Behaviour
AL-Rashid Security Skills reserves the right to remove any participant who behaves in a disruptive, unsafe, disrespectful, or inappropriate manner. Removal due to misconduct will result in exclusion without refund.

3. Course Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations
Course bookings may only be cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start time are non-refundable.

Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule a course within 48 hours of the scheduled start date will incur a £50 rescheduling fee, subject to availability. All rescheduling requests must be made directly with AL-Rashid Security Skills.

4. Refunds (Training Courses)

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start time

  • No refunds will be issued for non-attendance, late arrival, or exclusion due to misconduct

  • Where a course is cancelled by AL-Rashid Security Skills, a full refund or credit toward a future course will be offered

5. Security Guarding Services

Security guarding services are provided under a separate service agreement or contract. Once services have commenced, no refunds will be issued for services already delivered.

Cancellations, amendments, notice periods, and charges relating to security guarding services will be governed by the terms of the applicable service agreement.

AL-Rashid Security Skills does not guarantee the prevention of incidents, loss, or damage. Security services are provided on a reasonable skill and care basis to reduce risk, not eliminate it.

6. Liability and Responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AL-Rashid Security Skills shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, damage to property, or loss of personal belongings occurring during training courses or the delivery of security services, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of income, profit, or business opportunities.

7. Course Content, Services, and Availability

AL-Rashid Security Skills reserves the right to amend, substitute, reschedule, or cancel courses, instructors, materials, or services at any time. Course content and service delivery may change to meet regulatory, operational, or quality requirements.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal data. By booking a course or engaging our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store personal information.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

AL-Rashid Security Skills reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website and will take effect from the stated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
